About Us
Rev Sales Consulting was founded in 2022 by Aubrey Williams, who has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Aubrey has helped start, optimize, and grow sales teams at some of the largest, most reputable tech companies including Adobe and Siemens. He has also made large contributions to the sales operations of several small companies including startups and more established small and medium businesses.
Having “been there done that” for so many years, Aubrey eventually decided to leave the corporate life to work with smaller companies where things tend to happen faster and smoother. In starting Rev Sales Consulting, Aubrey’s goal was to help smaller companies with their sales aspirations, while doing it without the corporate bureaucracy.
On a personal level: Aubrey grew up in Seattle, but now lives in sunny San Diego California where he enjoys the sunshine, palm trees, and beaches. Aubrey also enjoys traveling, particularly to tropical destinations such as The Caribbean and Hawaii.
About our company name: Surprisingly, the “Rev” in Rev Sales Consulting does not refer to revenue, but refers to the word “rev”, defined in Merriam Webster Dictionary as:
"To make more active or effective"
"To operate at an increased speed of revolution"
"To increase in amount or activity"
